Privacy Policy

PropertyAround ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you sign up, post a property or send an enquiry, we collect details such as your name, mobile number, email address and the information in your listing. We use this to run your account, show your listing, and connect buyers, sellers, agents and builders.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to understand how it is used, and to measure and improve our advertising.

Google Analytics: counts visits and shows which pages and listings are viewed. It records the pages you open, your device and browser, your approximate location, and when you send an enquiry.
Google Ads: lets us show our own ads on Google and measure whether they lead to visits and enquiries.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): lets us measure our ads on those platforms, show relevant ads to people who visited PropertyAround, and see which listings were viewed or enquired about.

These tools receive information about your visit, such as the pages and listings you view, your device and browser details, and whether you sent an enquiry. They use cookies and your IP address to do this. We do not send your name, phone number or email address to Google or Meta through these tools.

Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work properly. You can manage Google ads at myadcenter.google.com, and ads on Facebook and Instagram in Ad Preferences in your account settings. Google and Meta have their own privacy policies for the information they collect.
